Deposits and Reservations

A minimum deposit of 25% is required with each rental to reserve an event date and equipment. A valid credit card must be on file. The full rental charge is due at or before the time the equipment is delivered. A full refund of the deposit is made if cancellations are made prior to 10 calendar days of the scheduled event. Rental charges apply to all items whether they are used or not.


Delivery and Pickup Services

Delivery and pickup services are available 7 days a week at rates to be determined according to location. Please be aware that weekend rates may be higher. Tables and chairs are delivered stacked and must be stacked by the customer for pickup. Setup and breakdown service are available at an additional fee.

Specialty Items
Additional fees may be applicable for specialty order items.

Customer Responsibility
Responsibility of all rental equipment remains with you from the time the rental equipment is delivered or picked up by you until the time the rental equipment is picked up or returned by you. Equipment must be secured at all times and protected from the elements. Dishes must be rinsed of food and placed in the crates provided after use. Linens must be placed dry in the bags provided after use. Replacement or damaged fees are charged as needed.

Business Hours
We do not operate a retail store at this time. We are available to meet with you at your convenience to discuss the details of your event and view any rental equipment or linen samples. You may also view rental items on our website and place your order online.
