What size dance floor do I need?
For indoor events, count the number of guests and divide by 4. This is how
many 3' x 3' sections are required. For outdoor events, count the number of
guests and divide by 7. This is how many 4' x 4' sections are required.
What size linen do I need for my tables?

How long is a rental period?
A rental period typically lasts up to 3 days before a second day rental is
charged.
What is your policy if equipment is damaged during a rental period?
Please read the "Customer Responsibility" section under the Policies page.
Replacement fees are charged as needed.
What if I am unable to find what I need for my event when reviewing your on-line catalog?
We try hard to keep our on-line catalog up-to-date as new items are added.
However, if you do not find what you need, please contact a Customer Service
Representative to assist you. We often make decisions to purchase new items
based on customer needs as well.
May I use my own candles when renting candelabra?
Candelabra must be rented with our paradise dripless candles.
Does the staff at Elite Rentals setup and breakdown all rental equipment upon delivery and pickup?
The cost for setup and breakdown of tents, dancefloors and staging is
included in the rental price. There is a separate charge for setup and/or
breakdown of most other rental equipment (e.g. tables, chairs). Please ask a
Customer Service Representative for a quote if you will require setup and/or breakdown services.
How far in advance should I reserve my rental equipment?
You should reserve your rental equipment at least 2 - 3 months in advance of your scheduled event date to ensure availability of items. We can also accommodate last minute orders if needed. No order is guaranteed without a 25% deposit.
Do I have to clean the rental equipment before returning?

Do you have delivery and pickup service?
Please read the "Delivery and Pickup Services" section of the Policies page. You may also pickup and return rental equipment yourself.
